These beautiful Swarovski® crystal earrings are designed to specifically compliment the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) version of the Heart of Hope Bracelet. Each pair is hand-made and finished with sterling silver heart ear wires for pierced ears (due to supplier limitations, the heart may vary, but they will always be sterling silver). $5 of the purchase price of each pair sold will be donated to ALS awareness programs.
