The Heart of Hope bracelet benefiting Hospice and Caregiving programs is dedicated to Emmy, Jolene and the many professional healthcare workers who have committed their careers to helping people die with dignity. It also honors the millions of friends and family members who serve as caregivers for children, elderly relatives and patients with catastrophic illnesses. To the many everyday angels who care for ALS patients, it is my privilege to honor you specifically with this bracelet!
This bracelet is hand-crafted using beautiful 6mm Swarovski® crystals in shades of sapphire, peridot and crystal. It is finished with sterling silver butterfly and CELEBRATE charms. The copyrighted design was inspired by the soothing colors of the dusk sky and evergreen trees and the lessons of transformation we learn from butterflys.
