Product Description

The Job's Daughter's International (JDI) bracelet benefiting the Eastern Star Scholarship Fund is a regal combination of Swarovski® crystals in shades of amethyst, violet and clear aurora borealis! The bracelet is hand-crafted using 6mm beads and finished with our signature magnetic, heart clasp. The sterling silver dove and FAITH charms remind us of the name of Job’s first daughter, Jemimah and Job’s unwavering faith in God.

This bracelet is inspired by the teachings I learned in Job’s Daughters during my teenage years. The lessons I learned from the order are an integral part of who I am today. It is dedicated to my all of my sisters, wherever they may be in the world! $25 of the purchase price of each piece will be donated to the Eastern Star Scholarship Fund.

The International Order of Job’s Daughters is a self-governing group. Each Bethel elects an Honored Queen and the Officers to lead them for a six-month term. The Queen and Officers help to run the group and take care of business such as keeping track of finances, planning events like fund raising, social and fun activities, all with the guidance of adult volunteers.

The experience you get as a member of Job’s Daughters will help you now and in the future. Daughters learn how to work together to achieve their goals, how to raise money and spend it wisely, how to speak to an audience, the fundamentals of parliamentary procedure and how important community service is to everyone.

Education is very important to the order. The girls are taught that Bethel activities should never interfere with schoolwork or home responsibilities. Each year the organization awards scholarships at the international and regional level to help deserving girls achieve their educational goals. Most importantly, the order teaches members about friendship and respect for other people and cultures. Job’s Daughters has over 20,000 members in Canada, Australia, the Philippines, Brazil and the United States.
