Product Description

The beautiful Hope bracelet benefiting the Transverse Myelitis Association is dedicated to Cynthia Noonan, a wonderful friend and former marathon runner who worked tirelessly for the ALS Association until her TM diagnosis in the fall of 2007. Cynthia grew up on the East Coast, so the copyrighted design was inspired by her love of the exquisite East Coast fall colors and her courage & determination as she adjusts to life with TM.

Each bracelet is handmade in the USA using beautiful 6mm Swarovski® crystals in shades of olive, amber, amethyst and persimmon. Each bracelet is finished with sterling silver COURAGE and awareness ribbon charms.

In Cynthia’s honor, $25 of the purchase price of each piece will be donated to the Transverse Myelitis Association in your name. This bracelet is in stock and is mailed within 24 hours of order placement.

Transverse Myelitis is a rare neurological disorder that is part of a spectrum of neuroimmunologic diseases of the central nervous system. Other disorders in this spectrum include, Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM), Optic Neuritis, and Neuromyelitis Optica (Devic's disease). The Transverse Myelitis Association is dedicated to advocacy for those who have these rare neuroimmunologic diseases. The Association facilitates support and networking opportunities amongst families; provides educational information; functions as a clearinghouse for articles and research literature; and investigates, advocates for and supports research and innovative treatment efforts. For more information about TM and the services of the TMA, please check their website.
